Complimentary "Get to Know Me" Meeting

At this first meeting we will spend some time getting to know each other, discuss your wants, needs and desires for your birth experience. You can then take my contract home, look over it, discuss it and decide if I am the right doula for you and your family!

Prenatal Meetings

Congratulations! You have officially hired a doula, so what does it look like from here on out? We will schedule two Prenatal meetings where we will discuss childbirth education, your options and preferences, comfort techniques, newborn care and more!

Labor Support

It's go time! After I get the call that you're in labor and requesting my presence, I will meet you where you are at. Whether you want an atmosphere that is high energy, full of laughter and dancing, or you want a quiet, peaceful environment or something in between I am there and it's all about you! Let's try out some of our comfort techniques we practiced and let's create the space that you need to keep your oxytocin flowing!

Postpartum Meeting

A few days after you've had time to bond with your new little one and settle in, we will have our postpartum meeting. At this time we can talk about your experience and transition home, I can also assist with light housework, or watch baby so you can grab a shower, take a nap, give attention to other children, etc.

Additional Postpartum hours may be discussed if needed.

Complimentary "Get to Know Me" Meeting

At this first meeting we will spend some time getting to know each other, discuss your wants, needs and desires for postpartum support and if I was not your birth doula, decide if I am the right postpartum doula for you and your family.

Postpartum Meeting

After your baby is born we will schedule a postpartum meeting. During this meeting we will discuss any concerns or questions you have regarding your birth experience and caring for your newborn. We can also discuss newborn care, your transition into parenthood or the transition for siblings. If desired, I will spend some time caring for your newborn so you have time to grab a shower, take a nap, give attention to other children, etc.

Childbirth education

Participating in an evidence based childbirth education class can help calm any nerves or fear surrounding pregnancy and the birth experience as well as educate parents on healthy birth practices, anatomy and physiology of birth, comfort techniques and so much more!

This childbirth education class will leave you feeling more prepared, educated, informed and confident about your birth experience!

Class schedule TBA.
